The Wright Center for Primary Care Clarks Summit
Since 2010, we have served patients in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. As a certified Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, we offer healthcare services for adults. Our residents enjoy becoming a part of the local community during their time in residency.
Since 1999, we have served patients in the Mid Valley region. Healthcare services for children and adults are provided using the Patient-Centered Medical Home model to coordinate care services and meet patients’ physical and behavioral health needs. The Wright Center’s growth aligns with the intention of The Affordable Care Act, converging local and federal funding into Northeast Pennsylvania and partnering communities across the United States. Our clinical operations have been recognized with regional and national awards for excellence, including designation as one of the top 30 most innovative practices in the country by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and selection as an Ambulatory Davies Award recipient by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society in 2015.
The Wright Center for Primary Care Infectious Disease Clinic is funded by HRSA’s Ryan White HIV Grant and provides healthcare services for patients with infectious diseases from across a seven-county area in Northeast Pennsylvania, including Lackawanna, Wyoming, Luzerne, Wyoming, Pike, Monroe and Susquehanna counties.
The Wright Center for Primary Care Student Health Center serves enrolled students at Lackawanna College and The Commonwealth Medical College. Our physicians and medical support staff are dedicated to guiding students toward a lifestyle of wellness that will lay a foundation for a healthy life. We offer a variety of healthcare services, including comprehensive evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions that are accessible, affordable, student-focused and culturally sensitive — and we honor established student-provider relationships.
