NEPA Community Health Care is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Its mission is to provide quality primary medical care to the underserved regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation or ability to pay.
The Pike Family Health Center is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Wayne County. The Pike Family Health Center offers the following services: Primary Care, Women’s Health Center, Wayne Memorial Hospital Services and Wayne Memorial Home Health/Hospice Services.
Scranton Primary Healthcare Center is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Scranton. SP provides the following services: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, a Prenatal Clinic and Social Services, including an outreach to the area’s homeless population.
The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VA) in Wilkes Barre, PA has greatly enhanced the Wright Center’s educational capacity, offering training opportunities in a medical home patient care aligned team ambulatory clinic and a plethora of (sub)specialties. Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Oncology, Neurology and Cardiology are particularly attractive to WCGME residents.
