  • Rotations include Carribean American Family Health Center, Lutheran Family Health Center and Lutheran Medical Center

  • As one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in the nation, Lutheran Family Health Center includes 9 primary care sites, 28 school-based health/dental clinics and numerous social support services
