Graham Yeager, MD trains within The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education’s Internal Medicine Residency.
The son of a physician and registered nurse and a graduate of the University of Scranton, Dr. Yeager is confident he wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and practice in the area. He says he chose the program because of his familiarity with the area and the faculty—including his father. “Making the transition from medical school to residency, where you actually participate in care, has been the best and most challenging part of my journey so far,” he says. “Keeping an open mind and learning as much as possible is the most important thing I’ve learned so far.” In the future, Dr. Yeager plans on staying in the area and joining his father’s nephrology practice.
Dr. Yeager was born in Waverly, PA and attended medical school at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
