Elaine Shepard dedicates much of her time to giving back to the community, a practice she says she learned in childhood from her father. Elaine joined her first board over 30 years ago and has since played an active role in many organizations including the Ronald McDonald House, Women’s Resource Center, Friendship House, Lackawanna Historical Society, Countryside Conservancy and the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple.
Also a successful real estate agent, Elaine has worked with Classic Properties since 1985 and is a member and past president of the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors. Though often busy with career and volunteer obligations, Elaine always makes time to spend with her three children and grandchildren. She also knits, cooks and plays golf, mahjong and bridge.
