Tiffany joined the organization in 2010 as a trainer for the MEDENT medical software system, and quickly assumed new duties to remain compliant with increasing policies, procedures and coding established following the implementation of the Affordable Care Act of 2010. In 2018, Tiffany was a key member of the team that managed the application process to attain National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) School-Based Medical Home recognition at our School-Based Health Center in West Scranton Intermediate School, and she also helped lead the Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQLA) site visit. During that time, Tiffany assisted with the development of employee health and credentialing, which ensured we stayed compliant with FQLA guidelines. She was promoted to Associate Vice President of Clinical Compliance, Population Health, Data and Informatics, and assumed responsibility for monitoring The Wright Center for Community Health’s proactive approach to managing healthcare information. Tiffany lives in Dickson CIty with her husband, Charles, and their son, Francis, and daughter, Julia.
