Catherine Genco

About

Catherine Genco serves on the board of directors for The Wright Center for Patient and Community Engagement and The Wright Center for Community Health. She brings years of discipline and a strong team mentality honed over years as an elite athlete and coach, as well as strong business acumen to this leadership role.

A NEPA native and Scranton Preparatory School graduate, she attended Fordham University on a full basketball scholarship to earn her degree in communications and went on to earn an MBA before embarking on a career in marketing and operations.

Catherine returned home to Archbald in 1998 to raise her family and manages all business operations for Genco Dental Care, a family business. An active volunteer at the youth and high school levels, Catherine has held multiple coaching positions throughout the past 29 years. She is a lifelong advocate of adolescents through her involvement in many programs including St. Joseph’s, the Just Do More program, Our Lady of Peace School, Scranton Preparatory School, Friends of the Poor and others.
