Thomas Bisignani is the Market Chief Financial Officer for Commonwealth Health System, which includes Moses Taylor Hospital, Regional Hospital of Scranton, Physicians Health Alliance, Commonwealth Health Emergency Medical Services and Great Valley Cardiology. He serves as a member of The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education Board of Directors.

A highly accomplished, results-driven financial executive with extensive experience in hospital operations and finance, Mr. Bisignani’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions and due diligence. He is a proven leader with a cornerstone belief in a model that focuses on quality and fiscal management working hand-in-hand as the key to achieving higher patient, physician and employee satisfaction results. He also focuses on forthright communication and decisive action to drive volume and revenue in positive directions.

An Olyphant resident, Mr. Bisignani earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Scranton.
