At The Wright Center for Primary Care, we are committed to providing an authentic, patient-centered experience led by you. To help maximize your visit to one of our Patient Care locations, we ask you to do the following:

Transfer Your Previous Medical Records
You can request to have your medical records sent directly to one of our patient care locations prior to your appointment or you can bring them with you personally. Providing your previous medical records helps our medical care team become completely informed about your current health status.

Arrive Early
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have time to complete any necessary patient forms.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen and you may have to reschedule your appointment.

Bring Your Current Health Insurance ID Card
Always bring your current health insurance ID card to your appointment. If you have a new ID card or if any of your personal information has changed, please let the front desk staff member know. If you do not currently have health insurance, you can still be seen. Please tell the front desk staff member when you check in.

List Your Current Medications
It’s important to have a list of your current prescriptions (including over-the-counter medications and herbal remedies) for your appointment. The list will be reviewed by our staff and any adjustments that need to be made to your prescriptions will be communicated to you so you can avoid any adverse drug reactions.

Be Prepared to Ask Questions
When you come to your appointment, be prepared to ask questions. We want to hear about your current health issues, and also provide you with information so you can make healthy lifestyle choices.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you are unable to make it to your appointment or need to reschedule for a later date, please contact the appropriate Patient Care location at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
