Meet Cara

Dr. Cara Dalbey completed her undergraduate education at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA and her graduate school training at Argosy University Seattle, earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She joined  HealthPoint in 2008 due to her passion for integrated health. Her love for teaching and mentoring drew her to the residency program in 2015 where she is the Behavioral Health faculty. She is also the lead Behavioral Health Consultant for the organization, overseeing HealthPoint’s Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model of care.

Her clinical interests include health psychology, neuropsychology, and diabetes/obesity management in particular. Her personal interests include time with her husband and kids, as well as distance running and time in the outdoors. She is originally from Montana but is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.
