As a Retention Coordinator, June actively reaches out to re-engage patients of the TWCCH Ryan White Clinic, who haven’t seen a provider in over six months for medical care. Her success in locating and re-engaging patients’ works by using all modes of communications approved in their electronic medical record: phone calls and voicemails, texts, e-mails, emergency contacts, and personal letters. June has learned over time that patients respond to different modes of contact and the approach has to cater to the specific patient. June’s motivation for this role comes from her passionate desire to help patients maintain their health.
June is a Midwesterner from Metropolitan Detroit and currently resides in the Mid-Valley Area. Prior to moving into the medical field, she worked many years in information technology sales and support. June is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her adult son, Brandon; visiting historical sites, museums, and watching dramas on PBS.
