Meet Kellie

Kellie joined The Wright Center for Community Health team in 2012. As the organization’s Vice President of Human Resources, she manages an ever-growing department of talent acquisition, retention and human resource generalist professionals.

Through her past and current professional experience, Kellie has become well-versed in employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee training. She also has experience in the implementation of various human resources information software, including the digitalization of the new hire onboarding experience and open enrollment.

Kellie’s diverse, cross-sector experience has allowed her to remain nimble in time of great organizational growth at The Wright Center for Community Health. Since she joined the team in 2012, Kellie has been instrumental in guiding The Wright Center for Community Health through immense onboarding efforts and concurrent organizational cultural change.

In addition to managing the organization’s Human Resources Department, Kellie has ensured that all employees have proper personal and professional growth opportunities, encouraging training and personal and professional development across The Wright Center for Community Health clinical and administrative departments.

In addition to her role at The Wright Center for Community Health, Kellie is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management. She has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Scranton as well as Misericordia University and is currently a board member of the NEPA Society for Human Resources Management where she is chair of the Membership Committee.
