Luci Kura joined the board in 2018. An advocate for the underserved, she believes it is important that individuals receive the care they need. She also provides personal insight into the unique healthcare challenges faced by individuals with special needs, as her daughter has a developmental disability.
Luci lives in Jessup with her husband of 14 years, Ricky, and works as a caregiver and licensed cosmetologist. She has a son, Frankie, who lives in North Carolina with his family, and a daughter, Vanessa, who lives in Jessup. In her free time, Luci enjoys reading and floral and wreath design.
