Meet Maura

Maura Connor is Senior Vice President of Integrated Services and Chief Administrative Officer for The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity, The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education. In this role, Maura serves as an integral part of the executive leadership team as she oversees the strategic execution of organization-wide initiatives that unify departments across our clinical, educational and administrative environments, with an overarching goal to create inspiring and unprecedented synergy and team harmony.

Maura joined the organization following her time as Chief Operating Officer of Hayes Inc., a TractManager Company. Concurrent with her role at Hayes, she led operations for the MD Buyline Division of TractManager. Maura brings an extensive background in strategic planning, business development, operations and transformational leadership as a result of more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and higher education industries.

Maura earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and history with a minor in premedical studies from Duke University, and completed the Stanford University Medical Informatics Short Program. She has been a member of the Women Business Leaders in U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation since 2016. Maura lives in the Abingtons with her husband, Dave, and has four brilliant, active children, Micaela, Conor, Brendan and Caitlin, as well as three dogs and her cat. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, painting landscapes and seascapes, and volunteering with the Girl Scouts.
