Suzanne Fletcher is a key member of our executive leadership team, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for The Wright Center for Community Health and the Senior Vice President of Finance for The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education. She plays a strategic role in the overall management of The Wright Center for Community Health system of entities. With over 30 years of experience in finance and more than a decade in the healthcare industry, Suzanne adds immeasurable value to our team. She is responsible for forecasting, strategic financial planning, all financial reporting, position and department costing, property and inventory management, due diligence and risk assessments, deal analysis and negotiations, banking and investment relationships, partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Suzanne has immersed herself into the design and implementation of value-based patient-centered global payment reform, assessing all options (including but not limited to) MACRA, MIPS, and ACO opportunities.
Suzanne oversees all financial and billing operations, which includes general accounting, financial statement preparation, departmental financial and billing department reporting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, cash management, financial analysis, accounts payable, payroll, pension and investment stewardship and effective execution of internal controls to promote the highest standards of a non-profit corporation and federal standards. She joined us from Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania in 2017 where she most recently served as the organization’s Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services for the Northeast Pennsylvania Region, leading the organization through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Suzanne has also earned various accolades including being named as one of the Top 25 Women in Business in Northeastern Pennsylvania, twice. She is an active member of the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute Board of Directors, the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Advisory Board and the Circle 200 Executive Women’s Forum.
