Jennifer joined The Wright Center for Community Health team in 2015. In her role as Director of Marketing and Communications, she oversees local/regional recognition efforts through multi-tiered paid and organic marketing initiatives; works closely with the in-house Grants and Operations departments to support new and existing initiatives; fosters relationships with local and national media personnel to highlight the efforts of the organization and its team members; oversees social media channels reaching patients, recruits and community members; and provides departmental project management/oversight.
In addition, she manages the organization’s quarterly newsletters and comprehensive annual report to highlight the people and stories that make the organization unique; has led the establishment of The Wright Center for Community Health electronic alumni tracking system to follow employment/retention trends and provide base for potential fundraising; and spearheads internal and external events throughout the year, including annual 400+ guest graduation ceremony.
Jennifer has extensive experience as a project liaison, interfacing with external partners, creative agencies and vendors to effectively communicate the organization’s vision and impact, service lines, initiatives and value. She works closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team to develop strategic plans and presentations to best articulate the mission, vision and goals of The Wright Center, effectively positioning us in the local market and in the national space.
She is a member of the Luzerne County Head Start Health Advisory Committee and maintains websites for multiple volunteer organizations and small businesses.
