The full care clinic offers school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and well visits specifically tailored for school-age children and college students.

Appointments are required for physicals. Walk-ups welcome for vaccinations.

The following vaccines are available:

● Chicken Pox
● Measles, Mumps, & Rubella (MMR)
● Polio
● HPV
● Pertussis
● Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (DTaP)
● Hepatitis B
● Meningitis

Please bring ID, insurance cards, and vaccination records.

Must be 6 months and up for COVID-19 vaccine and boosters (Guardian must accompany patients ages 17 and under.)
