The Wright Center for Community Health is offering well visits (including school and sports physicals) and routine childhood vaccinations at this clinic:

● Specifically tailored for school-age children and college students
● Appointments required. Call 570-230-0019 or visit TheWrightCenter.org.
● Please bring student’s ID and insurance cards
● Bring vaccination records
● Must be 6 months and up for COVID-19 vaccine and boosters
● Guardian must accompany patients ages 17 and under

You can choose:
● Wellness visit (well visit, school, or sports physical)
● Vaccination only
● Wellness visit, with vaccination

If you choose to have a physical or well visit, you will be charged for the visit, which will be billed to your health insurance provider. Depending on your health insurance plan, you may be required to pay an out-of-pocket expense such as a co-pay, co-insurance, and/or a deductible.
