Kellie Knesis, M.S., SHRM-SCP, is vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for The Wright Center. An experienced senior HR professional with over 20 years in progressively responsible assignments, she is well-versed in employee/labor relations, talents acquisition, performance management, compensation/benefits, and training. She is responsible for the overall Human Resources function of the organization as it endeavors daily to improve medical education and patient care, regionally and nationally.

Knesis earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources with a minor in psychology from King’s College, and later received her master’s degree in organizational management from Misericordia University. She is a graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre and holds certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management, the Human Resource Certification Institute and the University of Milwaukee.
