Joseph J. Marinelli, RPh, MBA

About

Joseph J. Marinelli brings more than 40 years of health care experience in clinical, financial, and operational pharmacy management to The Wright Center for Community Health Board of Directors. 

Marinelli has been instrumental in start-up operations, mergers and acquisitions, and growth initiatives of existing businesses. He has over three decades of health care leadership experience, including regional and executive operations in various health care settings including acute care, home care, and long-term care. He has worked for regional and national specialty pharmacy and specialty infusion companies. 

Marinelli is passionate about patient service and quality care, and he developed his staff to share his commitment to the patient through clinical case reviews, educational seminars, and customer service training to ensure a patient-first culture.   

Marinelli has a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and an MBA in health and medical services administration from Widener University. He has chaired Pharmacy and Therapeutics and Joint Commission accreditation committees. He also ensured state and federal regulatory compliance. He has been an active member in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and the National Home Infusion Association.
