We play a vital role in improving the financial health of our communities by creating jobs, investing in capital improvements, and supporting local businesses through the purchase of goods and services. We are also among the larger employers in Northeast Pennsylvania.

As a Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Safety-Net Consortium and Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, we benefit from a diverse array of financial investments, including local, state, and federal grants, hospital affiliations through residency and fellowship agreements, reimbursements, Institutional Review Board (IRB) and research fees, interest and dividends, patient services, 340B drug pricing, and various contributions.
