About

Kelli Zimmerman, MHL, is vice president of population health and practice transformation for The Wright Center for Community Health. A dynamic leader, she has more than 16 years of experience as a health care professional, focusing on operations management, strategic planning, value-based care, and staff development. 

Zimmerman, a licensed practical nurse, earned a bachelor’s degree in business and health care administration and a master of health leadership degree from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before joining The Wright Center, she was the director of operations for primary and urgent care at Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. She’s also served as the regional manager for health and wellness at Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania.

At The Wright Center, Zimmerman serves as a key driver and catalyst for population health strategy and clinical program design and evaluation. She collaborates with The Wright Center’s clinical and executive team to design, negotiate, and support population health and value-based performance programs, including programmatic content design, clinical and quality outcome metrics, and implementation.
