Recruitment By The Numbers


In pursuit of securing excellence in medical education, we seek to develop and nurture diversity. We believe that diversity among its many members strengthens the institution, stimulates creativity, promotes the exchange of ideas and enriches life. During the recruitment process, the Program Director and Director of Recruitment review applications, paying particular attention to candidates who meet identified program standards and who are of diverse backgrounds. We aim to select a diverse population of candidates for interviews and attempt to rank a largely diverse group of candidates for the MATCH. Multiple countries and cultures are represented in our current group of residents and fellows.
