WiFi Terms and Agreements

WiFi Access

• The Wright Center provides WiFi access to Users for their personal use and convenience.
• The Wright Center makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, speed, or quality of the WiFi network.
• The Wright Center reserves the right to limit or restrict access to the WiFi network at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations

• Compliance with Policies
• Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including these Agreements and any additional policies or guidelines provided by the Wright Center.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the WiFi network does not infringe upon the rights of others or disrupt the network or other users.

Acceptable Use

• Users must use the WiFi network responsibly and for lawful purposes only.
• Users must not engage in any activity that may compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the network or The Wright Center’s systems.
• Users are responsible for the security of their devices and must take appropriate measures to protect against viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Users should exercise caution when transmitting personal or sensitive information over the WiFi network.
• The Wright Center does not guarantee the privacy or security of any information transmitted over the network and is not liable for any unauthorized access or interception of data.

Prohibited Activities

• Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
• Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access to network resources, systems, or data.
• Transmitting, distributing, or storing any material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or offensive.
• Introducing viruses, worms, or other malicious software onto the network.
• Engaging in any form of unauthorized monitoring, scanning, or probing of the network or other systems.
• Using the network to engage in illegal activities or to access illegal content.
• Sharing or distributing copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization.
• Causing a disruption to the WiFi network or other users, including excessive bandwidth consumption or unauthorized network sharing.
• Using the WiFi network for commercial purposes or unauthorized business activities.

Network Monitoring

• The Wright Center reserves the right to monitor network usage and traffic for security purposes, as well as to ensure compliance with these Agreements.
• Users should have no expectation of privacy regarding their use of the WiFi network.

Limitation of Liability

• The Wright Center shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the WiFi network, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Wright Center does not guarantee the security or privacy of any information transmitted over the network.

Termination

• The Wright Center may suspend or terminate WiFi access privileges of any User who violates these Agreements.
• The Wright Center has the right to submit any unlawful activity to the proper authorities.
• The Wright Center may modify or terminate the WiFi service at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

By connecting to the Wright Center’s WiFi network, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Agreements.
