Good Faith Estimates
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for non-emergency medical items and services. If you are eligible for an estimate, it will be provided to you as long as you either ask for it or schedule an appointment at least three days in advance. Sliding-Fee Discount Program
If you are uninsured or underinsured, we can help. We will never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. Our sliding-fee program provides discounted services to income-eligible patients based on Federal Poverty Guidelines that take into account family size and income.
And even if you don’t meet federal poverty guidelines or qualify for the sliding fee, we may be able to help if you demonstrate financial hardship.
For more information, call our billing department at 570.591.5172.
