Crystal Berry, MHA
About
Crystal Berry is the operations director for the Academic Education Programs Department at HealthPoint in Renton, Washington, overseeing the strategic planning and development of health professional education programs.
She has over 15 years of experience working in a health care setting. Crystal embarked on her health care career journey at a community health center, starting as a front office/medical records clerk. Advancing through diverse roles, including a position as a Family Medicine Residency program coordinator, she gained valuable experience. Later, she transitioned into an administrative role at the University of Washington School of Medicine, initially working for the Pathology Department and then moving to the Family Medicine Department, where she managed the Sports Medicine specialty section.
While working, Crystal earned a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Washington. After graduation, she accepted the role of health center business director at HealthPoint’s Family Medicine Residency Clinic, and then smoothly transitioned into her current position in 2021.
Her career track has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of program operations, clinic management, and graduate medical education. Her lifelong learning fueled her passion to develop educational programs for the next generation of health care professionals.
Beyond her professional life, Crystal enjoys traveling, quality family time, crafting with her Cricut, learning new instruments, and working on DIY projects with her husband.
