Are you or a loved one experiencing ringing, buzzing, whooshing, or other sounds in your ears or head that no one else can hear? You’re not alone.

Whether you’re seeking support, practical advice, or simply a sense of community, we invite you to join the Tinnitus Support Group.

The Tinnitus Support Group is open to anyone who experiences tinnitus and those who want to learn more. The group meets the first Friday of each month at our Mid Valley Community Health Center in Jermyn.

At the August meeting, Walter Wanas, Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, will present “Ringing in the Ears: Can Nutrition Help Manage Tinnitus?”. This engaging and informative session will explore how diet and specific nutrients may play a role in managing tinnitus symptoms and improving overall ear health.

No RSVP necessary. For more information or to receive the virtual link, contact Nicole Flynn, director of the geriatric service line at The Wright Center for Community Health, at [email protected] or call 570-230-0019.
