About

Kelly E. Williams, D.O., is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and serves as core faculty of The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education’s PM&R Residency Program. She earned her bachelor of arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Williams completed an osteopathic internship at Christiana Care Hospital in Wilmington and Newark Delaware, a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a sports/spine/musculoskeletal/ultrasound/electrodiagnostics fellowship at the Bodor Clinic in Napa, California. She works as an attending physician at Northeast Rehab’s Morgan Medical Complex in Scranton.
