Recruitment By The Numbers

To secure excellence in medical education, we recruit physicians from around the world. Our approach strengthens the institution, stimulates creativity, promotes the exchange of ideas, and enriches life. During the recruitment process, the director of recruitment and the program directors review applications, paying particular attention to candidates who meet identified program standards. We select these candidates for interviews and attempt to rank a large group of candidates for the MATCH. Our current group of residents and fellows represents multiple countries.
