About

Jennifer Walsh, Esq., is senior vice president of enterprise integrity, executive counsel, and chief legal and governance officer for The Wright Center. She began serving The Wright Center as private counsel in 2012 and joined the organization as senior vice president and general counsel in 2016.

A graduate of Bucknell University with a bachelor of music in vocal performance, Attorney Walsh also earned a master of music degree in vocal performance from the University of Minnesota. She earned her juris doctorate from Villanova University School of Law and spent part of her career as an attorney in federal service as a law clerk to Judge William J. Nealon and as assistant United States attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

In private practice, she represented corporate clients in the arenas of litigation, organizational development, compliance, governance education, and fiduciary engagement. Attorney Walsh has served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors during her career and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Keystone College.

Attorney Walsh has worked tirelessly to redesign the formal corporate structure of The Wright Center’s system of entities, creating a model of governance that respects the stewardship and valued contributions of patients, providers and learners, and evolves the community-based curriculum of graduate medical education to cultivate a needs-responsive workforce and healthcare delivery system enhancements.
