About
Theresa M. Hinton, Esq., is vice president and deputy general counsel at The Wright Centers for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education.
She manages, plans, organizes, and directs the legal function of The Wright Centers and provides legal advice, counsel, and representation to internal stakeholders and, upon request, the board of directors for The Wright Center for Community Health, The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, and The Wright Center for Patient & Community Engagement. She also provides legal expertise to executive leadership, management, and other departments on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, health care law, technology platforms, insurance, and risk management.
After graduating from St. Francis University with a bachelor of science in Public Administration, Hinton earned her juris doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to joining The Wright Centers, Hinton served as senior vice president and general counsel at Fidelity Bank. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank in 2015, she worked as a lawyer for several firms in Scranton, Dunmore, and Pittsburgh, focusing on diverse areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on civil rights, estates and trusts, probate, real estate, and employment law.
