About

Thomas Glaser, MPA, is vice president of grant operations for The Wright Center. He joined the organization in 2020 as post awards grant manager for The Wright Center. In 2021, he was named the associate vice president of grant operations for The Wright Center. In his new role, Glaser will provide administrative supervision for projects funded with local, state, and federal money; coordinate the implementation of grants by , track the financial administration of federal, state and private grants; and ensure the organization meets all compliance and reporting requirements. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from University of Pittsburgh in 1983 and his Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York, Graduate School of Public Affairs in 1999. 

Before joining The Wright Center, he worked as the department administrator of the Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and as deputy director of operations for New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
