Hepatitis C (HCV) Program
- Program established in 2021
- Serving nearly 350 patients with chronic hepatitis C, 83% began treatment with 98% of those who started completing treatment
STI Testing and Treatment along with Preventative Services
- Pre-exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV (PrEP) and other STIs including chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis (doxy PEP)
- Post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV after health care related exposures and non-health care related exposures
Treatment for Common and Complex Infections
- Management of recurrent UTIs, bone and soft tissue infections, gastrointestinal infections, pneumonias, sinusitis, fevers of unknown origin, and any other infection
Injectable Treatments
- Patient Reach: Nearly 50 patients on injectable medications.
