About

Robert Cole, Ph.D., is the senior vice president, chief analytics officer, and director of graduate medical education at Allied Services. In this role, he oversees the operational management of the Hospital and Home Care Divisions, which encompass two rehabilitation hospitals, two transitional rehabilitation units, 11 adult and pediatric outpatient rehabilitation centers, as well as home health, hospice, and in-home caregiver services. 

He also spearheads data-driven decision making and strategic planning initiatives, ensuring Allied Services remains at the forefront of innovation and patient care. He also leads the organization’s involvement in The Wright Center’s community-based graduate medical education consortium.

In addition, Cole is the immediate past chair of the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute’s Board of Directors and serves on the Highmark Regional Advisory Board for the Central Pennsylvania region.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
