About

Brian Ebersole is vice president of The Wright Centers for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education.

Ebersole previously served as senior vice president for mission delivery and business development for The Wright Centers, where he secured new federal, state, and local resources to create and support programming at both The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education and The Wright Center for Community Health. He developed and led the creation of the National Family Medicine Residency program and worked with the leadership team to grow the residency programs from 36 Internal Medicine residents to more than 190 resident and fellow physicians training in internal medicine, family medicine, and cardiology. He also oversaw accreditation applications developed for geriatric fellowship and psychiatry residency programs.

Prior to his return to The Wright Centers, Ebersole was the senior director of health innovations at Geisinger Health System, where he provided leadership to the community-based teams introducing Geisinger Medicaid products across Pennsylvania, and supported initiatives to address socioeconomic needs such as the Neighborly website that helps people find local free and low-cost services, and Geisinger’s Fresh Food Farmacy, that focused on food as medicine.
