Internal Medicine Resident
Muhammad Pir, MBBS trains within The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education’s Internal Medicine Residency. Dr. Pir chose the program for a number of reasons. “I liked the size of program, and because of the different areas they have practices in, I will have experience with a wide variety of patients,” he says. “I also liked that the location had elements of a big city and a small town. I enjoy interacting with the local community.” Dr. Pir’s primary area of interest is cardiology, and he aims to become a practicing cardiologist in an underserved area.
